For support of this type of device whether you buy or lease a “Cost per Copy” service contract is provided.  This contract is charged on a monthly or quarterly basis taking the meter readings from the machine and multiplying it by the agreed cost per copy regardless of consumable consumption.  In return for that charge we provide all engineers time, a 4 hour emergency breakdown guarantee, all parts and all toners, in fact the only item we do not provide is paper or print media. Whilst we commit to guarantee the machine for 5 years this agreement is completely transparent with no hidden clauses, payments or lock-in commitments.
